  • Walk-up sign-up sheets, 3-minute sets, free.
  • Dead Crow’s Thursday mic is the way in — sheet at 7:00 PM sharp, so get there early.
  • Every mic and how to sign up is in the Mic Map.

2 · MOVE UP

Land a showcase

  • Once your minutes are tight, showcases give you a longer, curated spot.
  • Women of Wilmington (Thu) and the Gruff Goat Showcase (1st & 3rd Wed) are the regular ones.
  • Ask the room or DM the producers — they book from the mics.

3 · GET BOOKED

Features & festivals

  • Ask Dead Crow how showcase and feature spots get booked.
  • Compete in Port City’s Top Comic.
  • Submit to the Cape Fear Comedy Festival when windows open.
